It is a chain, so can be found in lots of different places, which is good because it is my son's all-time favorite place to go! They make a solidly good burrito - chicken, steak, ground beef, tofu or veggie - with delicious rice, beans, etc. They also have salads, nachos and quesadillas. Ok, so La Isla isn't Mexican, but that was the closest thing from the categories. It's a FANTASTIC Puerto Rican restaurant in the heart of Ballard. They are super friendly, willing to make recommendations as well as steer you away if you don't prefer something. Alder plank salmon is muy yummy. Red clam chowder with a splash of tabasco! And, man, you wouldn't think fried oysters are good...but your tummy would beg to differ. Bring a coat and sit outside...sunset watching here is great. |

This is some of the best Italian food I've had in a long long time! Went there for lunch today and had a great meal. The service was good. But the food was fantastic!
It's a small little place and if you're not careful you will drive right past it. |

I am a person who really enjoys a great steak. Blackstone prepares a great steak. They don't over season it, cooked perfect everytime! It's steak the way steak should be! |

My favorite place to go to for a bacon, egg, and cheese begal! However, they have great deli sandwiches as well. Very large menu... not just a Deli! Everything is cooked to order. Great service and friendly staff. |

I had a wonderful lunch here the other day. I wasn't expecting the best considering this is a chain. However, I was surprisingly shocked. I had the bbq pulled pork sandwich. It was delicious. The person I went with had spare ribs. He said they were the best ribs he's ever had. We had great service even though it was during the lunch rush.The manager even took the time to talk to us. Actually gave my co-worker a gift card to get him and his buddies to come back for the golf outing. |

I went here for my birthday. What a great atmosphere. Note to everyone... if you don't want to cook your own food... don't go here!
