I ate at Val's while in San Francisco at a conference.  I met a client while I was out there and he brought m eto Val's.  This place has been around forever..he remembered going there as a kid and the same people keep coming back.  It's a landmark, a dive and a great meal all in one!!!  HAve to try this when in San Fran/Oakland area!!!!
